Retell set to Integrate Call Recording and Call Management.

Retell has launched Call Analyser a new call management package they say will help businesses to identify peak call periods and enable them to allocate staff effectively as well as identifying the most and least productive employees.

To help improve business efficiency Call Analyser has drill down real time extension details and shows busy, lost, received call details on a simple user interface.

Call Analyser will also become part of Retell’s soon to be released call recording platform Sense enabling users to analyse call traffic and then drill into individual recordings at easily identified extensions. Prices start form £750 SRP for 32 extensions.
