In the last year Retell have launched Sense, their own manufactured call recording system with built in call management and instigated more realistic end user pricing. Retell says that this has brought call recording within the budget of many small and medium businesses. Retell will soon be announcing details of their Blackberry call recording option on Sense well in advance of proposed FSA requirements to record mobile calls next year.
Retell’s music on hold product range has also increased with the addition of rack mount, custom message and desktop products.
