Retell’s accreditation pays new dividends for partners

Retell the Sunbury on Thames based call recording manufacturer recently held its half yearly strategy meeting in the sunny Derbyshire countryside at the Newton Park Hotel near Burton upon Trent.

Managing Director Richard Herman attended with senior managers, Steve Cobley, Mike Holland, Richard Winterburn, Alan Kelson and Everton Stuart to discuss how to help partners take advantage of the booming demand for call recording.

In the last year Retell have launched Sense, their own manufactured call recording system with built in call management and instigated more realistic end user pricing. Retell says that this has brought call recording within the budget of many small and medium businesses. Retell will soon be announcing details of their Blackberry call recording option on Sense well in advance of proposed FSA requirements to record mobile calls next year.

Retell’s music on hold product range has also increased with the addition of rack mount, custom message and desktop products. Steve Cobley, Head of Business Development said, ‘Retell are well placed to support resellers with possibly the largest range of call recording products and now Music on Hold products in the UK and our Accreditation scheme for partners is paying huge dividends’.
