The project, to implement a planned installation of high-speed Internet access to all Rezidor’s UK hotels is now underway. Within this, all Radisson Blu and Hotel Missoni sites are currently in a period of implementation of 100MB bandwidth.
As part of the agreement, Exponential-e’s service will see the Group’s bandwidth split into two Internet services, which will separately supply hotel guests, conference venues and the group’s large portfolio of internal system applications with a resilient and robust connection capable of meeting the needs of bandwidth-hungry applications and devices used by guests and employees.
The three-year agreement will see the systems at 34 hotels across the UK, including well known brands such as Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Blu and Hotel Missoni upgraded by the London based company. Work is already underway to connect all Radisson Blu and Hotel Missoni properties to Exponential-e’s network with more expected to follow in the coming months. Once complete, Rezidor will be the first hotel group in the country to be able to offer such a dedicated Internet service to its customer base.
