Rocom Extends Network Offering

As resellers adapt their business model to take advantage of expanding network revenue opportunities, Rocom Network Services says they are delivering an increasing range of solutions from more of the industry’s most respected suppliers.

“We have established ourselves as BT’s leading channel partner,” says Lee Williams, Network Director, “but we now offer a complete range of voice, data, IP and hosted services.

“Customers want one source of supply for all products, network services and support as they move into the IP world - they don't want to deal with three or more suppliers for converged solutions. Channels are in exactly the same position - they need to provide bundled offerings to their customers. They don't want to deal with multiple distributors and so be forced to aggregate the components themselves. Rocom's focus is to be a complete distribution partner providing all converged components and wrap-around services that resellers need to serve their customers completely.

“SiNET, our hosted telephony service, which offers a supremely efficient, multi-application solution at a fixed monthly tariff is making significant progress month on month. It is the way the market is inexorably moving and resellers ignore the far reaching implications of hosted services at their peril.”

Rocom has also concluded an agreement with COLT for the resale of IP voice and data services that will have a major impact on the midsized sector. “We are holding a seminar in conjunction with COLT on 8th November in London,” added Williams. “This will introduce what must be an irresistible channel offering and detail all it’s high revenue benefits. I urge you to make it a ‘don’t miss’ diary entry.”
