Rocom Responds to Credit Crunch with Launch of New Simtel Brand

Voice and data telecoms distributor Rocom now distributes Simtel Global, a new brand for the UK telecoms market that according to the company sets standards in price and performance of telecommunications products.

Rocom Managing Director Richard Carter said:

“We have seen the media reports of the current credit crunch – and sought to respond. Simtel Global allows Rocom to offer resellers more choice. The brand offers businesses an ideal solution for maintaining high standards of quality, regardless of potential budget cut backs.”

The first three products to be distributed include the 8300, 8500 and 8700 phones, engineered to support businesses in the Corporate, Financial, Healthcare, Government, Educational, Industrial, Hospitality and SME/SoHo market sectors. The entry model 8300 features a hands-free speakerphone and a 24 number memory,

the 8500 includes a backlit LCD display and the top of the range 8700 offers a large 3 line LCD display, CLI compatibility and 99 number phone book.

All the models feature headset port, data port, message waiting indicator, ring indicator, mute with indicator, recall, last number redial, ringer high-medium-off, selectable ring patterns, hearing aid compatibility and desk or wall mounting.
