The rostrvm call centre software suite uses SIP Voice over IP (VoIP) architecture to extend formal call centre structures to the informal contact centre, ensuring easy management, evaluation and planning of multimedia contact handling for inbound and outbound call centres as well as skills-based routing and call back management.
