The first Qunifi product to be offered is the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OpenTouch Enterprise Cloud (OTEC), a flexible Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution based on a 'occupancy-based' pricing model that allows organisations to scale their costs up or down relative to business revenue and seasonal peaks. SBL is the first provider of OTEC to the UK market and its Qunifi customers and users will benefit from SBL's 10 years of experience in business telephony by receiving in-house professional support from delivery, to implementation and management.
