ScanSource Communications Europe Enhances Unified Communications Focus

ScanSource Communications Europe is enhancing its unified communications (UC) solutions offering by entering new geographies and expanding its relationship with ShoreTel.

ScanSource Communications Europe offers many of the industry’s communications solutions, including Avaya, Extreme Networks, LifeSize, Plantronics, Polycom, Schneider Electric and, until now primarily in the UK, ShoreTel. With the expansion of the relationship with ShoreTel, ScanSource Communications now offers UC solutions in the Benelux region, while expanding its portfolio in the DACH region. ScanSource and ShoreTel also maintain a strong relationship in both the UK and the United States.

As with all its communications solutions, ScanSource wraps ShoreTel’s communications solutions with the value-added services and support its reseller partners need, such as pre-sale support, technical support and flexible financing solutions. In 2011, ScanSource Communications Europe was awarded the 2011 EMEA Distributor of the Year Award by ShoreTel for outstanding growth and performance in the UK, further evidence of the strength of the partnership.
