ScanSource Communications Europe has announced the launch of its Professional Services offering in the UK, with the provision of additional Avaya installation services. These will be provided on the full range of the Avaya offering from IP Office to ACM projects, enhancing ScanSource’s existing technical services such as pre-sales technical support.
The move means that resellers will be able sell cost-effective installation services on Avaya products without having to perform them themselves. ScanSource Communications Europe will perform a wide range of activities in the UK including implementation, pre-staging and consultation services, as well as providing specialist technical training where requested.
