ShoreTel Debuts ShoreWare

IP PBX vendor ShoreTel has announced ShoreWare System Monitor, a scalable, real-time network monitoring tool that provides IT managers and ShoreTel channel partners with a comprehensive view of network performance to quickly isolate problems and ensure optimal voice quality.

ShoreWare System Monitor provides a monitoring capability that alerts IT the moment it detects a problem, while enabling proactive troubleshooting for improved quality of service and network availability.

“Excellent voice quality is paramount for enterprise IP communications,” said Steve Timmerman, vice president of marketing, ShoreTel. “Since more than 30 percent of voice quality issues relate to network infrastructure, it’s critical to have tools like our ShoreWare System Monitor solution to ensure the performance of the underlying network. ShoreWare System Monitor is a cost-effective way for our customers and channel partners to ensure voice quality.”
