Value added distributors and resellers across a range of sectors are key to the achievement of ShoreTel’s aggressive growth plans. The recent problems at Zultys opened up relationships with a set of well established partners experienced in the converged marketplace. Arc Technology is the first former Zultys distributor to formalise its partnership with ShoreTel, allowing the distributor to grow its own VoIP offering.

ShoreTel maintains its focus on end-user customer satisfaction by only serving the market through accredited partners. Resellers working with Arc Technology will be invited to participate in ShoreTel’s training programme over the coming weeks. ShoreTel’s unique distributed architecture and ease of management enables a very rapid, effective accreditation.
