SpiriTel wins the FCS VoIP Solution Award

Comms Business Award Winner SpiriTel has made it two out of two with another award triumph – this time the FCS VoIP Solution Award. The award was presented to Kenny Roberts, Technical Director and Jon Singleton, Product Manager at the Awards Ceremony at the Savoy Place, London last week.

The Voice over IP Solution Award recognises innovation in the supply of voice communications over IP networks that provide robust products and services. It also recognises services which demonstrate a level of technical excellence and best practice that surpass the requirements of the customer. SpiriTel won the award for their implementation of a communications solution for Regent Inns plc.

SpiriTel has provided Regent with a unique converged solution, including VPN management, hosted VoIP and customer WiFi to their 100 sites across the UK, their head office and to over 100 field-based staff.

When announcing the award the judges commented, “SpiriTel have proven that they are committed to quality and innovation in solutions that benefit their clients’ customer’s experience as well as ROI for the companies that use them. This made SpiriTel a worthy winner.”

Commenting on the award Alastair Mills said: “We are pleased to receive this award from FCS, as further evidence of our leading position of supplying IP based communications solutions. SpiriTel’s extensive portfolio of IP communication solutions, together with our superior level of service, has led to us winning the UK’s largest fully converged communication contract. I would like to personally thank all our staff members for their hard

work that is recognised in winning this award.”

Adam South, IT Director, Regent Inns said: “The IP-engineered solution provided by SpiriTel has exceeded our business expectations, delivering significant benefits to our customers and business. We are extremely pleased with the solution and support received.”
