“Each user’s personal settings and preferences are held on maximiser and not their phone,” states Hayman. “This means that when you log on to a PCS 100S it’s immediately loaded with your personal Favourites; multi-functional Personal Speed Dial, Direct Station Select, Busy Lamp Field, Line Appearance/Call Queuing and Call Pick-up entries and icons. You’re not limited by whatever’s been loaded into the pre-programmed keys before as you are with other IP and Digital phones.”
PCS 100S teams 8 self-labeling keys with unlimited pages on its Context Sensitive Display. “This means that each User can have as many Favourite entries as they like,” continues Hayman. “In addition we’ve added sub-menus to the PCS 100S. For example, by pressing the button alongside a line entry for Support your display will change to a page – or pages – populated by everyone in Support. You can then see their status, use one touch dialing or even choose to pick-up their un-answered calls.”
