Spring Campaign Pays off for Tiscali

A Spring 2007 incentive that rewarded channel partners with hundreds of pounds worth of Amazon vouchers has resulted in a sales uplift over the summer of just under £1 million for Tiscali Business Services.

The Tiscali Amazon Spring Incentive scheme, which ran from March to July, encouraged partners to sell a Tiscali IPVPN installation with minimum recurring spend of between £30k-£99.999 or £100k and above.

Top performers Roberto Veiga (ITC), Stuart Shearing (IZR), Neal Harrison (Convergence Group) and Alex Ayers (Azzurri) did just that and picked up their awards and accolades at a lunch celebration on Tuesday 11 September at the Refuel Restaurant in Dean Street, London.

Deborah Collins, Sales Director for Tiscali Business Services, says: “Our aim was to drive incremental VPN business and the response was simply fantastic and beyond our expectations. The incentive only ran for four months but generated an increase of just under £1 million in new orders. We would like to thank all the partners for their sterling efforts.”

Nathan Francis, Managing Director of Tiscali Business Services, adds: “We are very keen to build long term relationships with our channel partners and this incentive was a fun and simple way to make that happen. It’s been such a success that we are already planning and looking forward to our next incentive scheme for January 2008. The same response, if not better, would be terrific.”
