The Award was introduced by the chair of the judging panel, Dave Dadds of DRD Communications who said “Combining the previous Service Provider of the Year and VoIP Solution of the Year Awards meant that we had a wide range of entries reflecting the diversity and ingenuity which characterises the fixed sector”.
“Choosing a winner was not easy but ultimately all the judges felt that Strategic Imperatives had come up with an offering which added real value to the sector by addressing the clear need for access to WLR3 and providing a user friendly method of doing so”.
A runner up award was made to SpiriTel Plc who, according to Dave Dadds, “had demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in implementing a complex solution in a challenging requirement."
