Synetrix, a leading provider of integrated applications and managed services primarily to the UK public sector and education, needed a data centre partner in the East Midlands who would be able to provide them with first class hosting facilities for one of their major contracts in the region.
Mark Holdsworth from Synetrix, explains what the company was looking for; “Prior to our partnership with Node4 the challenge for us at Synetrix was to find suitable facilities for a 24/7 operation with flexible arrangements in terms of power, access and expansion capabilities.”
Node4 who now have two state of the art data centres across the country, initially provided Synetrix with colocation space across both halls in their Derby data centre, DC2 which has allowed Synetrix to provide a fully resilient 24/7 managed service to their customers.
Node4 also supply Synetrix with office room facilities and meeting rooms for customer meetings as Mark Holdsworth comments; “Having Node4 meeting rooms available for customer meetings has proved invaluable for Synetrix. The flexibility and willing support from both the technical and management teams of Node4 has made this a very successful working partnership. “
