T-Liaison Launches New Broadband Offering

Newly acquired network operator T-Liaison has extended its product portfolio to include a new broadband offering. The ACT owned carrier says its’ service, which is available immediately, will offer resellers a chance to benefit from an additional revenue source with margin on set-up and rental, and enable them to offer a full business solution to clients, to include broadband, line rental and calls.

The broadband solution has been designed to be easily provisioned using the T-Liaison OpenOffice web portal, is simple to set-up and will meet the QoS requirements of both resellers and businesses. It also marks the first phase of the company’s IP services deployment and resellers will also soon be able to offer T-Liaison’s forthcoming solutions, including VoIP.

Mark Sensier, Managing Director, T-Liaison said; “We are committed to providing the reseller community with solutions that meet market needs and compliment their own business platforms. As the industry moves towards converged solutions, including VoIP, it is essential that our partners can provide the simple, high quality Internet connections required to carry these services.”

T-Liaison say the use of broadband is growing across all business sectors and it represents a huge opportunity for resellers, especially in terms of meeting the increased capacity and quality of service demands for convergence. Indeed, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) recently said that the business market for broadband is far from saturated and that there is a weakness in broadband take-up among SMEs, signifying an unexploited area for resellers to target.

Sensier continued: “We are confident that the broadband solution will prove popular with both existing and new partners and will help them to maintain a competitive edge, by offering simple, innovative and profitable solutions.”

The company says its’ broadband customers will benefit from an aggressive pricing structure and full CPE fulfilment, with a comprehensive choice of hardware. It also offers full product support during business hours and easy migration from other ISPs. Its two core products can be provided with a choice of self-configuring hardware, which is dispatched directly to the seller’s customer. Alternatively a ‘wires only’ service can be ordered, enabling customers to make use of their own equipment. The core products are Broadband Value and Broadband Plus.
