Tech Data Corporation has expanded its dedicated Adobe team to provide the vendor’s partners with extra support and expertise in developing their sales and growing their business.
The additional investments build on the productive and positive partnership that the two companies have enjoyed for many years and will provide Adobe resellers with additional support on every aspect of the vendor’s business.
The five-strong dedicated team is headed by James Baulch, who has been appointed Business Development Manager for Adobe. He moves from his previous role as BDM for Consumer Software, which he’d occupied for two years. He had previously worked as Operations Manager for Adobe Licensing and thus brings considerable experience to his new post.
He has been joined by Kevin Dziaduch, who becomes Product Manager for Adobe and by three Product Specialists, all of whom will be 100 percent dedicated to supporting Adobe partners and providing the very best support and access to best-in-class tools and resources.
Dwayne Earl, Software Business Unit Manager at Tech Data, said: “Adobe is a strategic vendor for Tech Data and our sales have been going from strength to strength. We’ve now reached the point where we feel that we can, by making further investment, help Adobe partners drive some significant additional growth.

Tech Data has a number of tools that can help partners take advantage of everything Adobe has to offer, including the dedicated Adobe Store, on which resellers can explore Adobe solutions, build quotes and place and manage orders. There is also a full renewals management section, so resellers can check when customers are due to renew their subscription. The team will be working pro-actively with partners to ensure opportunities are not missed.
The other members of the dedicated team are Adobe Product Specialists George Robinson and Hester Last – both of whom have previous experience in supporting the vendor’s partners and programmes – and Ryan Ward, who will be working on pre-sales support.
