TeleWare Independently Tested

TeleWare announced the completion of the 2012 penetration testing conducted on its hosted communications platforms that deliver the TeleWare Mobile Call Recording and TeleWare Voice Applications as cloud-based services.

“For the last 3 years, we have been independently testing our hosted platforms to ensure our systems and platforms meet the needs of large business customers,” explained Paul Millar, Technical Director. “The testing is done by NCS, a well-established leader in this space, and all observations are taken on board as part of our programme of continuous improvement of our products and the platforms that deliver them,” added Millar.

Penetration testing reassures TeleWare customers that the platforms are suitable for use in large scale business solutions, meeting the same standards customers expect from their own in-house systems.

“We are serious about giving customers the level of service and platform availability they need to operate in today’s highly competitive market,” added Steve Haworth, CEO for TeleWare Group. “In some cases, this has meant a change to our third party suppliers,” added Haworth.

Developments will continue and TeleWare are constantly and continually evaluating new tools that may enhance the levels of service the company can offer from the platforms. “We need to be proactive in ensuring we have the tools to be reactive and effective in ensuring the TeleWare platforms meet our large business customers’ expectations,” noted Nick Reaks, Operations Director.

Future plans are in place for a purpose-built network monitoring centre.
