TeleWare Maintains the Gold Standard

TeleWare, the provider of intelligent communication applications for hosted and on-premise solutions, today announced that it has again successfully renewed its Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Status for another year – until 30th June 2010.

TeleWare has been developing and deploying applications on Microsoft platforms for over 17 years and achieving these new competencies is part of TeleWare’s strategic commitment to maintain close links with Microsoft.

TeleWare retains its Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status, which it has held for 3 years, with these four competencies. To gain accreditation, TeleWare is required to maintain a depth of Microsoft Certified Professionals with qualification in specific areas and provide three customers per competency to act as references for the solution provided. The fourth competency rating reflects TeleWare’s range of expertise and large established enterprise customer base.

“Customers are looking for suppliers that can bridge the gap between their business demands and technology capabilities. They need to be confident there are people within the organisation that can fulfil their needs and deliver working solutions,” said Steve Haworth, CEO for TeleWare plc. “This is something we can all be proud of, as we have to submit information from various parts of our organisation, as well as references from our customers,” added Haworth.

Each of the competencies achieved forms a part of a typical TeleWare solution which uses networked Windows servers running Microsoft SQL databases and Microsoft ASP.NET web applications to provide innovative, secure and reliable interfaces into business telephony applications. These applications improve business processes and provide verifiable returns on investment.

As one of the first developers of telephony software on Microsoft operating systems, TeleWare values the new accreditation scheme as a method of differentiating vendors.
