Benefits available immediately to TeleWare partners and end customers are the ability to provide traditional PBX functionality, such as find me/follow me and hunt groups, to IP Centrex users without the need to use the TeleWare intelligent Number personal numbering solution. Intelligent Numbering already provides a ’Here and Now’ registration capability that is far more sophisticated than most find me/follow me and hunt group applications on the market. This latest release enables these capabilities to be provided as standard components of the IP Centrex product offering at a RRP of only £4.80 /month. The more sophisticated ‘Here and Now’ service provided by intelligent Number, with its ability to ensure telephony business continuity and support flexible working, continues to be available.
“The Company can now replicate the functionality of most PBXs, making TeleWare the first company to offer these features through IP Centrex. This is another example of our policy of listening to our partners and end users,” commented Reaks.
The upgrade followed on from an extensive two-month beta test with TeleWare’s own hosted home workers and mobile staff plus extensive flood testing on this configuration. This tested platform has also been running ‘live’ for 30 days and has been tested by selected key accredited partners.
