TFM Networks and Network SI Form Strategic Partnership

TFM Networks and Network SI have announced a strategic partnership, which will offer customers a complete, end-to-end hosting and communications service.

By combining their industry experience, virtual network operator TFM Networks and managed hosting provider Network SI say they will offer businesses a customised turnkey solution to meet specific comms and hosting needs.

A key advantage of the alliance is that it offers organisations a single service level agreement (SLA), simplifying the management process by providing a single point of contact, whatever the network issue.

According to Paul Hemming, business development director at Network SI: “By providing our customers with a single point of contact and a single SLA, this guarantees all network issues - from PC to the hosted infrastructure – can be resolved quickly and easily.

“This resolves a common headache for businesses who have a number of service providers with differing SLAs, which can often lead to network issues being passed around and left unresolved. Our partnership with TFM eliminates this risk, and guarantees optimised comms, networking and managed hosting.”

Specialising in the delivery of core MPLS communications and advanced managed hosting services across satellite and international offices, the TFM Networks and Network SI partnership delivers a customised comms network for businesses operating from multiple locations, including the hotel &leisure, legal, engineering and housing sectors.

Brett Rowe, sales and marketing director at TFM Networks said: “Being able to offer companies a true end-to-end, centrally hosted comms and networking solution brings a number of significant benefits for business – improved network performance, more effective and unified service, and more competitive pricing.”

The two companies formed the strategic partnership whilst working at the UK's leading budget hotel chain, where TFM Networks provides the communications network for the hotel chain's 330 hotels and offices and Network SI provides the managed hosting service.

The combined expertise ensures an effective and resilient network infrastructure, capable of supporting essential, time-critical business operations such as credit card enquiry and real-time room reservation, guaranteeing optimum business productivity at all times.
