The school’s old ISDN telephone system has been replaced by Foehn with a modern IP PBX (Private Branch Exchange) that connects to the public telephone exchange and delivers a mix of traditional and cheaper VoIP calls.
The new Switchvox system, which includes 250 VoIP-enabled handsets, provides the school with a host of new telephony features including instant messaging, call recording, and the ability for staff to check instantly who is in and out of the school.
