The Bunker Launches Partner Programme

The Bunker, the provider of Data Centres and Managed Services, has announced a new program that formalises the way in which its managed services are offered to channel partners.

The program provides an opportunity for partners to complement and broaden their existing portfolios with the addition of ultra secure, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS accredited data centre services. As end user organisations increasingly demand the ability to securely outsource IT and data functions, The Bunker aims to make it easy for partners to add managed services and hosting to their total customer offering.

With data centres forming the bedrock of the digital economy – from the hosting of e-commerce sites to business continuity solutions for financial services institutions – many organisations are keen to enhance their competitiveness and create an additional revenue stream by partnering with a company that can deliver secure and reliable services in this area. However, as data centres become increasingly commoditised, it can be a challenge to locate and partner with a company that offers genuine differentiation.

Within the data centre industry, The Bunker says it has a unique proposition. As the provider of Europe’s most secure data centres, The Bunker sets the standard for total data security, a concept that integrates the three key elements of digital security, physical security and human security into a single package. For any organisation that requires its data and IT infrastructure to be protected at the highest level, The Bunker provides a compelling solution.

The prgram has been designed to support the needs of various types of partner, from system integrators to software developers, consultants to web designers. It offers four levels of partnership, catering for organisations of different sizes and for different levels of commitment to the partnership: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with discount or commission rates ranging from 8% to 17%. Partners are rewarded with higher incentives as they win more business with The Bunker.

“The Bunker is much more than a regular data centre provider, and as such we offer unique selling points that our partners can utilise to create new business for themselves and for us,” said Ray Welsh, Head of Marketing at The Bunker. “When companies entrust third party providers with their data and IT infrastructure, security is always a major consideration, if not the most important. We deliver data centre and managed services that inspire real confidence and peace of mind, from the strength of security processes to the superior levels of support we offer. Partners can benefit from this level of ultra security and expertise to help t hem win more business in a partnership with The Bunker.”

This partner programme is for The Bunker’s managed services and is the starting point for the broader partner programme, which will rollout progressively and incorporate colocation and other services provided by The Bunker.
