The Internet Group becomes HP Preferred Partner

New status puts The Internet Group in top five per cent of EMEA HP resellers

Multi-award-winning specialist IT and managed services provider The Internet Group today announces that it has been awarded HP Preferred Partner status, an achievement that places the company within the top five per cent of HP resellers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Preferred Partner status will see The Internet Group included in HP’s PartnerONE Program, working closely with HP to deliver the best possible experience to customers using HP products and services.

As a Preferred Partner, The Internet Group will benefit from a number of HP privileges, including special pricing rates, sales incentives, and co-marketing services. The Internet Group will also be listed on the HP Global Partner Locator, a tool used by customers to identify Partners in their region through whom they might wish to purchase products or services.

Adam Maurice, Managing Director of The Internet Group, emphasised the hard work that had gone in to earning these partner privileges: “In order to qualify as a Preferred Partner, we have had to demonstrate that we meet HP’s stringent and exacting certification criteria – including our Certified Professionals studying to pass specific exams.”

“Becoming a part of the HP PartnerONE Program is a significant step for The Internet Group as previously we had only supplied server hardware from one other vendor since its inception in 1999. As well as providing us with some very attractive benefits, being a Preferred Partner enables us to demonstrate to end users that when they work with us they will receive high-quality service, from the planning stage through to deployment, maintenance, and support, no matter which server vendor they choose to work with. We are delighted to have achieved this status, and look forward to working closely with HP to deliver the best for our customers,” Maurice concluded.
