thevoicefactory (tvf) celebrates its seventh birthday this month with a move to larger offices in Cardiff, the launch of its new website and preparations to open its second data centre in the USA.
The business has doubled its revenue year on year since inception and embarked on ambitious international expansion. It now covers 21 European countries and opened its first US data centre towards the end of 2016.
A key focus of tvf is serving vertical sectors and it plans to have hundreds of hotels live by the end of 2017. International expansion will continue with Asia Pac set to see a tvf presence in 2018.
