Thus Extends Contract With ScottishPower

THUS plc today announced that it has extended its contract with ScottishPower to provide, support and maintain the company’s corporate communications infrastructure. The network carries all corporate voice, data and internet traffic and access to all centralised corporate applications for the ScottishPower group of companies throughout the UK.

ScottishPower, which runs energy supply businesses, has offices in more than 70 locations across the UK including central and southern Scotland, Wales, Merseyside and London. It uses the fully managed solution supplied by THUS to carry voice and data traffic and also all other communication requirements of a large customer facing organisation; including video conferencing and access to shared corporate CRM and billing systems.

THUS has significant experience in the Utilities Sector and has more than ten years of knowledge and understanding of delivering outsourced services, underpinned by a focus on the highest levels of customer service. ScottishPower chose to extend the relationship with THUS as the solution it offered delivered, for them, in terms of quality and price, improved efficiency and flexibility and offered best in class management.
