The Board of C&W Holdco today confirmed that all conditions to the offer for THUS Group plc have been satisfied or waived and that, accordingly, the Offer is unconditional in all respects.
This declaration of the offer being wholly unconditional marks Cable&Wireless taking effective control of THUS. The Company will now be known as THUS, a Cable&Wireless business.
