Thus today announced the launch of an enhancement to its CPS (Carrier pre-select) service aimed at existing users of BT’s Featureline communications services. Thus’ enhanced CPS service will give users of the Featureline package access to Thus’ lower call rates with simpler, unified billing and high levels of customer service. CPS Featureline is the latest addition to Thus’ CPS service portfolio for businesses and, says the company, further extends the volume of business users that can start to take advantage of Thus’ services without the need to change their current lines.
Thus’ range of CPS services automatically re-routes calls to the Thus network, without any new equipment or action needed at the customer’s site. Following this launch, users of Featureline services will be able to benefit from CPS services which can be implemented at the exchange rather than on the PBX or dialled manually prior to each call. In addition, users will have access to Thus’ high quality services, improved spend management through real-time online billing and a reduced risk of calls going over another network in error.
