Timico partners with ipcortex to launch a new IP PBX range

Following the recent announcement of its partnership with ipcortex, Timico, the independent B2B internet service provider, is to make the VoIPCortex range available through its partner channel.

The company says that as a premise-based device with advanced features as standard and no artificial licence-based restrictions, the VoIPCortex makes an ideal drop-in replacement for a traditional PBX unit, offering increased productivity and efficiency, as well as compelling economic advantages. It can be installed into existing data networks, providing the freedom to expand the telephone system as and when the need arises.

There will be three models within the range - the VoIPCortex Compact, Standard and Pro, which have been designed to satisfy almost any size of business from small offices with up to 30 users, to much larger organisations with up to 1200 users.

Training, marketing and sales support tools have been made available to enable Timico partners to exploit the potential in the second half of this year and generous up front and ongoing revenue opportunities are in place.

"We are excited to have joined forces with ipcortex and to add the VoIPCortex PBX to the Timico product range. With features such as SIP Trunking, multi-site scalability, multiple call routing options, remote working capability, and full compatibility with our chosen Snom IP phone range, we see this as an incredibly compelling offering in the SoHo and SMB space,” says Andrew Massing, Head of Product Management at Timico.

"ipcortex are delighted to be partnering with Timico, as the synergy between our two companies is exactly what we are looking for in our external partners. Timico is a technically innovative, forward thinking company that places a real emphasis on customer service which marries exactly with our own business approach and ambitions. Our VoIPCortex range has been very well received in the market with customers across a range of industries recognising its innovative approach to open and affordable communications," says Lauren Brocklebank, Channel Account Manager at ipcortex.
