Total VoIP with Gradwell’s total Outlook

Gradwell dot com has announced it is the first in its sector of the UK VoIP market to offer total Microsoft Outlook integration.

By adopting the principle approach of the new Camrivox Flexor 500, a four-line Voice over IP telephone, the Bath-based company says it once again finds itself in the vanguard with its SBITS (Small Business Internet Telephone Services), designed principally for SMEs.

“We have found that matching Camrivox’s new equipment to our own expertise offers our customers an ideal innovation,” said Peter Gradwell, MD.

“Our relationship with Camrivox is strong, and we hope we will soon collaborate on yet another project, improving the VoIP offer to SMEs,” he added.

Malcolm Wood, CEO of Cambridge-based Camrivox, said: “Our equipment works well with Gradwell’s SBITS - it is feature-rich, easy to use, and reliable.”

With Camrivox’s Flexor 500 IP Phone, “call business” and “call mobile” buttons are added to Microsoft Outlook contacts, making dialling a contact a single-click task. When an incoming call is received, a pop-up window shows the relevant Outlook contact. The Outlook Journal also records details of all calls.

“The Outlook integration on the Flexor 500 is way ahead of all products in this class, providing Gradwell VoIP customers with advanced capabilities, previously associated only with enterprise-level VoIP installations,” said David Moorhouse, VP of marketing at Camrivox. “This increases the productivity and efficiency of business users by adding new capabilities and features to the most used business application.”
