Touchbase Transitions to Cisco

Reseller Touchbase say they have completely transitioned its business from Avaya to Cisco in less than a year. To make this rapid transition Touchbase has made a significant investment in training, technology, accreditation and other resources devoted to delivering Cisco Unified Communications solutions.

Touchbase Chief Executive Riordan Maynard said the partnership was designed to meet the rapidly increasing demand from its clients for Unified Communications solutions, where advanced technologies are used to integrate an organisation’s various communications devices into a single, dynamic platform.
