Tri-Line Encourage Resellers to Attack Enterprise Market

Resellers looking to break into the Enterprise market now have a major opportunity to increase sales courtesy of Tri-Line, the call-logging people.

Tri-Line’s ‘TIM Enterprise’ – big brother to TIM Professional,– has just been launched at The Convergence Summit North.

“This exciting new development is the result of extensive research among resellers and our large corporate end-users,” says Tri-Line’s Mike Hill, head of Development and Operations. “With a SQL back-end it works with all flavours of SQL including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SQLite and even Microsoft Access.”

‘TIM Enterprise’ features include unlimited hierarchy, facility to handle duplicate extension numbers, unlimited reporting collection groups, intelligent inter-site routing, mobile billing, unlimited live stats and of course unlimited for authorised users.

Tri-Line say TIM Enterprise works with all TDM and IP PBXs to deliver the demanding and comprehensive range of call logging and management features that large enterprises demand.

“TIM Enterprise’s market-leading new features are unique in the call logging industry and will raise the bar once again” says Kay Tobin, Tri-Line’s head of Sales and Distribution. While competitors strive to catch up, Tri-Line’s resellers now have the opportunity to capitalise and at the same time move into the Enterprise space.

Says Tobin: “Our aggressive pricing policy on TIM Enterprise, combined with a matchless list of features means that any large organisation currently struggling with a legacy call logger will not hesitate to replace it.”

This is the latest example of Tri-Line’s ongoing product development and demonstrates our continuing commitment to voice and data resellers and their end-users.”

“Many of our resellers have reported a desire to attack the enterprise space and we firmly believe that TIM Enterprise is the product to take them there. As a result we now expect to see major growth in this key market that was previously off-limits to many resellers.”
