Triple Whammy for IP Integration

Reading based reseller IP Integration has been recognised for achievement by leading ICT vendor Avaya at their recent partner conference held in Madrid.

IP Integration is now one of only two Avaya channel partners in the UK that hold Platinum accreditation at both SMB and Enterprise levels and have the added bonus of being crowned Avaya’s SMB Reseller of the Year for 2008.

Managing Director Steve Walker commented, “Awards and recognition such that IP Integration received in Madrid are hard won and the results of tremendous effort by our whole team. The SMB market is highly competitive and users today are far more informed about communications technologies and the choices available to them than ever before.

Avaya’s product portfolio is very strong however and we have been able to demonstrate its value proposition to good effect whilst at the same time continuing to develop our own mid market and enterprise credentials. Here we have been aided by our in house team of application developers who have produced a range of business winning automation and self service products that we are set to share on a wider stage with reseller partners.”

Walker concludes, “As a result we are looking forward to the New Year with relish and determination and will work more closely with Avaya in developing their all indirect channel strategy.”

Mark Mitchell, Avaya’s Vice President for EMEA Channels commented, “We are very pleased to recognise IP Integration in our annual UK awards, they demonstrate many of the great qualities we have in our partner channel, they work collaboratively with our high touch teams, they exhibit strong market traction and customer relationships in key verticals and they have made investments in becoming a full portfolio Avaya Partner which gives them a great range of skills to address a broad range of customer applications and offer solutions of true value to these customers.

We are pleased to recognise these achievements and the loyalty IP Integration have demonstrated and with our increased channel centric approach we look forward to further joint growth in the coming year for both our companies.”
