New and established resellers attended the session hosted by Retell the UK call recording manufacturer where Mike Holland, Head of Technical Services at Retell promised and delivered ‘a Sense trunk recording system up and running in under half an hour’ to delegates.
Delegates were also introduced to Call Analyser and Voice Explorer call management integrations, as well as features exclusive to Sense including a Voice Firewall anti-fraud option that works on all PBX’s (without the need for a system module), a new welcome announcement (to inform callers that their calls are recorded) and Active Pause Recording by DTMF for credit card security (without the need for an API).
