Trustwave Enhances Channel Hub

Cybersecurity
Trustwave today announced significant enhancements to its global channel partner program, including a new online learning system and streamlined partner portal, designed to help channel partners more effectively offer customers security solutions and managed security services.

Trustwave Academy for Partners is an online-learning system where partners enroll and complete formal training courses to better understand customer security and compliance challenges, articulate Trustwave’s competitive advantages, and identify potential new sales opportunities. The robust training regimen of video-driven curriculums can be customized specifically to each partner and the individual markets they serve. Partners benefit by leveraging Trustwave’s vast expertise in threat, vulnerability and management to glean best use cases for products and managed security services while gaining technical prowess they can take to the field.

“Cybersecurity and compliance will continue to be an immense opportunity for the channel as businesses struggle to address an underworld bent on stealing data and causing disruption,” said Jim Ritchings, senior vice president of worldwide channel sales at Trustwave. “Because we are committed to driving continued growth through our partners, it’s imperative our training programs match our world-class security and managed security offerings.”

In addition to the online learning academy, Trustwave has launched a new Trustwave Partner Hub designed as a self-service portal delivering instant access to marketing materials, sales information, technical support, and product documentation. Easy-to-navigate and intuitive, the portal is also home to the latest research, case studies, and security reports from SpiderLabs, Trustwave’s elite team of ethical hackers, forensic investigators and security researchers. By giving partners access to the latest threat intelligence and emerging trends, customized marketing and demand generation campaigns can be rapidly developed and launched to capitalize on opportunities.

“Security solutions are in high demand as breaches remain a top concern for businesses, however, it’s still an incredibly competitive space,” stated Karen Greer, president and CEO at Secure Content Technologies. “Trustwave’s undertaking to partners to not only provide best-in-class offerings but also the latest security insight to stay ahead of competitors is a benefit that truly sets them apart.”
