Union Street appoints new Head of Customer Services

Union Street Technologies, the supplier of billing solutions for communication providers (CPs), has appointed Paula Wright as Head of Customer Services. In her new role Paula will be responsible for Union Street’s overall strategic response to customer relationship management and will ensure that the correct personnel and systems are in place to support Union Street customers.

Wright has a background in contact centre management and prior to joining Union Street she was Operations Manager for Garlik, the online identity security company. Previously Paula was the Head of Operations for Pipex Customer Service & Technical Support with over 350 direct reports. She has also held customer support management roles with IBM and BT, giving her unrivalled experience and credentials in this important area. In her new role Paula will report to Tony Cook, Managing Director of Union Street Technologies.

Union Street Technologies is the UK market leader in the development and supply of telecoms billing and WLR3 solutions for communication providers (CPs). Union Street’s Application Suite is structured around the core aBILLity platform for billing, provisioning and customer care.
