The transition involved 21,000 PSTN lines to WLR3 (Wholesale Line Rental 3) earlier this year.
The change was well worth it according to Uniworld’s Supplier Relationship Manager Lyn Jackson who said “We place a significant quantity of site line orders and WLR3 makes that process far quicker and easier.”
A transition of such major proportions could have been daunting, but, according to Lyn, the change was extremely smooth.
Jackson said: “We migrated the lines during a single night and everything ran seamlessly.”
“WLR3 also creates more business opportunities for Channel Partners by enabling us to offer a host of other services, such as lines for events and sites, much more easily.” added Lyn.
