VComm has therefore announced a partnership with Redbox Recorders to take their VoIP call recording and monitoring solution to the UK reseller market.
A Red Box solution can be offered as either a managed service or as an on-site solution. This go to market model enables a VComm partner to take a Red Box solution and provide IP voice recording for all the popular IP platforms as well as a many of the traditional PBX manufacturers.
The VComm Redbox bootcamp is being held on the 14th September where VComm will train and educate on how to sell, configure, install and integrate the Red Box Recorder platform.
