The 525 also boasts a 2Gb removable SD card, auto restart, volume adjustment, wall mount bracket, customer selectable tracks and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable. Retell also offer a low cost upgrade to music and announcement mixing software or the option of a choice of music with announcements scripted by the customer.
Other products in the Retell on hold range including the VGP 30 Satellite, a unique desktop on hold player and the VGP 30 Rack, the only 1U rack mountable on hold player on the market, will also benefit from a 5 year warranty and 25 minutes of music. Retell’s VGP 30 rack mountable version is proving popular amongst data resellers and in Europe amongst PABX manufacturers has been reduced in price to £250.
