Vispa Enters Channel with Wholesale Broadband

Vispa Internet, one of the longest established CSP’s in the UK having been Established since the late 90’s, has always operated in the retail sector providing Connectivity and Voice solutions.

During the first quarter of 2009 an opportunity arose to enter into the wholesale arena and thus making Vispa and aggregator of Broadband and WLR based services to the Channel.

It became apparent very quickly that the channel model was going to be successful for Vispa and Adam Binks, Commercial Director was appointed to the board to head the division up. During Q2 Vispa has made significant investment into its on-line based Partner Control Centre (PCC) giving Channel partners the ability to manage their Broadband & Telephony customer bases with ease.

Vispa has recently finalised its 21CN strategy and is expecting delivery of the first gigabit WMBC host-link into its network mid-October. Both existing and new partners will have the ability to provision on the 21CN network from 1st November 2009. Vispa is also in the final stages of partnering with 2 major LLU operators in order to give the channel access to a diverse range of connectivity based solutions all under one roof.

“2009 has been a good year so far for Vispa, we have already seen our turnover double and we are keen to work with Channel partners to help them increase APRU whilst as the same time helping them to do away with the complex management of multiple systems & suppliers” says Binks.
