Vodat International, the communications solution provider to the retail industry, has formed a partnership with ipcortex, the provider of VoIP systems to offer its clients an IP based phone system which fits across all channels within a retailers business as well as providing an even better level of customer service.
The partnership will enable Vodat’s customers to select a replacement PBX or a unified communications solution which fits across all channels within the retailer’s environment while meeting their functionality requirements at an attractive price point. The product complements Vodat’s existing offering for the retail sector while also providing a telephony solution.
The partnership will operate at the presales support stage at the point where a specialist resource such as ipcortex will make a real difference. Vodat’s support team have all benefited from an accredited training programme and will provide its customers with first, second and third line support whilst also having the backing from ipcortex technical support.
