VoIP Unlimited SIP Service Given Rubber Stamp Approval by Samsung

VoIP Unlimited, the SIP trunking provider of has been officially approved by Samsung for use of their business SIP trunking service on the Samsung OfficeServ IPPBX.

“We are pleased to add yet another quality brand partner to our list of interoperable partners.” Says Steve Bieniek, VoIP Unlimited’s Sales Director.

Samsung’s resellers now have a real choice in the market, able to make the most of VoIP Unlimited’s specialist technical and administrative expertise in provisioning and managing the process of implementing SIP through the channel.

VoIP Unlimited suggest the channel look for new business opportunities when end customers plan for an office move, as it is an ideal opportunity to provide a new IP phone system, especially if they can’t take their telephone numbers with them.

“The opportunity to port numbers onto a VoIP platform can save on fixed line rental fees by reducing the amount of ISDN channels if needed at all, not to mention the expense of remarketing the telephone numbers.”

“It’s a competitive market out there,” says Steve Bieniek, “the channel needs to evolve and embrace new methods and show real benefits of the technology to the end customers.”

Samsung continues to be proactive by testing with quality established VoIP providers.

“With the knowledge that the test phase has been completed, there should be no nasty surprises when installing,” says Andrew Kenyon Technical Support Centre Manager from Samsung.

“We have made available documentation featuring the correct configuration to use with VoIP Unlimited’s service.”

Unlike other SIP Service Providers, VoIP Unlimited has an open policy of not restricting the number of concurrent SIP channels for inbound or outbound calls. The only restriction is the amount of bandwidth available on the IP connection.
