Xerox is offering the Lifetime Warranty on 18 of its most popular colour and multifunction printers to customers that purchase specific Xerox supplies multiple times throughout the lifetime of eligible equipment (subject to terms and conditions). To claim the first year’s free on-site warranty, customers need to purchase a full set of Xerox CMYK toner for their printer.
The offer is available on selected Xerox Phaser, ColourQube and WorkCentre printers and MFPs, providing options for businesses of all sizes. It extends to the full lifetime of eligible devices, defined by a specific maximum page-count with the average page life being 470,000.
The initiative gives Xerox partners an additional selling tool and will help them to further drive sales of the Xerox range, says Mark Glasspool, Director of Product Marketing at Tech Data. “The new Xerox Lifetime Warranty promotion is really inventive and we think customers will really like it. Xerox has a loyal and expanding customer base and offers great incentives and margins for resellers. Xerox is a strong brand in the business market and we are seeing solid growth in sales.
