XLN Telecom Expand SME Customer Base

XLN Telecom, the UK company serving the small business community, has announced the successful migration of OneBill Telecom’s customers onto XLN’s platform, following the acquisition of the business by XLN in February 2009.

XLN now has over 110,000 small business customers, having successfully integrated OneBill’s 25,000 customers within a three month period. OneBill was founded in 1999.

Anthony Karibian, CEO of XLN Telecom, commented, “We are delighted by the speed with which we’ve been able to integrate the two businesses and migrate OneBill’s customers seamlessly onto our platform. This has allowed the economies of scale that our platform provides to rapidly come into effect, bringing revenue and profit immediately onto our bottom line.”

OneBill customers continue to receive a OneBill branded service, however, all calls and broadband connectivity are now being routed over XLN’s industry leading Tier-1 partner network, with customer service being provided by staff based in London using a unique state-of-the-art CRM system developed in-house by the company.

As a result of XLN’s significant investment into its systems and platform, the company has consistently been ranked above BT Business and Talk Talk Business in three separate quality of service categories by the telecoms industry monitoring group, TopComm.

Anthony Karibian added, “The UK telecoms industry has now reached a tipping point where only the largest will survive. We believe our platform, systems, and balance sheet strength make us the consolidator of choice for smaller operators facing an ever competitive environment.”
