Zen Internet appoints Head of Network and Infrastructure

Internet Service Providers Zen Internet has appointed Robin Griffith as its new Head of Network and Infrastructure.

Griffith brings with him a wealth of commercial, operational and general management experience, having worked for over 20 years at BT, where his role encompassed Telecommunication Engineering, Programme Management, Process Transformation, Performance Management and System Development.

For the last 7 years he was the senior manager responsible for the design, build and operation of the ISP network for BT Retail, supporting its Broadband Products and Services. Griffith managed the development of their internet infrastructure from a small scale dial-up platform to an advanced, multimedia network serving over 4 million customers.

Griffith said: “I am delighted to be joining Zen at such an exciting time. The company has won a number of awards in 2008 including Which? Best Broadband and PC Pro’s Best ISP for the fifth year running, clearly demonstrating its commitment to provide its customers with the best ISP service in the UK.”
