Zimo Communications, the NGN Communications Provider and owner of Numberstore, has appointed Richard Forde-Johnston as Sales Director. Forde-Johnston joins drive sales of new products and services, increase contact rates and help establish and consolidate new and existing sales channels via an overall sales strategy as Zimo continues to develop and grow at an impressive rate in an increasingly competitive market.

Zimo is best known for its popular Numberstore site which provides non-geographic numbers and powerful online call management tools. Numberstore offers a range of call tariffs and service plans for every organisation, regardless of size and now also provides bespoke telecoms services to a number of large organisations through its Enterprise division. These include custom IP telephony application development, XML integration with third party systems – and infrastructure optimisation to incorporate fallback routes which ensure the highest levels of resilience and network availability. Zimo are members of the Federation of Communication Services where CEO, Kieron James, currently chairs the FCS Numbering Group. Asked about the appointment, Kieron commented:
