GoTo enhances partner programme

GoTo has announced updates to its GoTo Partner Network, including a new GoTo Resolve offering designed for MSPs and streamlined sales and demand generation support for all partners.

The revamped offering aims to address channel partners’ most pressing challenges through streamlining setup and day-to-day operations.

GoTo Resolve for MSPs allows MSPs to meet the evolving needs of today’s SMBs with fast and flexible support. The solution provides MSP-specific account administration and reporting features, Professional Services Automation (PSA) integrations, and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) capabilities.

In addition, partners have access to GoTo’s remote support tools to easily support and troubleshoot clients’ IT assets. The company has also implemented zero trust security architecture to help safeguard MSPs and their customers from software supply chain attacks.

“We designed the specialised offering based on feedback from our MSP partners, providing them with all the tools they need to simplify workloads and streamline the support experience for customers.

To further elevate the partner experience, the GoTo Partner Network will be launching a new Partner Concierge Programme providing additional investment and resources to drive higher demand generation and sales for all partner organisations.

This programme offers tailored digital marketing campaigns that are co-branded and targeted to the partner’s unique audience. Members are also supported by a dedicated Partner Concierge resource at GoTo to optimise planning, execution, and administration across the campaign.
