The business telecoms provider required a solution that could ensure stock was picked accurately and on time to ensure parts were where they should have been.
Multimessage designed and built a bespoke portal to support Neos Networks to improve efficiency and service. The portal gives Neos Networks control of large volumes of stock, from various locations, in a centralised way for a more efficient service.
The new solution has allowed Neos Networks to reduce capital expenditure, as well as improving delivery and fault fix times.
