Following the launch of Brand-Rex’s new 10 Gigabit Ethernet cabling solution 10GPlus, the structured cabling systems manufacturer has unveiled plans for 10G seminar road shows and new sales support tools for approved resellers.
Two dates for UK seminars have just been released; they are 4th July in Manchester and 6th July in London. Brand-Rex resellers, customers and consultants are expected to attend the events which will cover the 10 Gigabit Ethernet platform and 10G Base-T protocol, as well as giving a technical overview of the 10GPlus system offering.
Fully backward compatible with Cat6 (Class E) and Cat5e (Class D) solutions, the new system is also designed to comply with the forthcoming IEC Class EA and TIA 568B.2-10 standards that support the new 10GBASE-T Ethernet protocol.
The 10GPlus family is covered by seven separate patent applications and is the result of more than 4000 man-hours of research and development by Brand-Rex engineers.
